Conducting an Environment Impact Assessment
Reef Monitoring and Rehabilitation Programme in Villimale’
Save the Beach is an organisation working to protect the environment of Villamale’, namely the beaches and reefs of Villimale’, through activities such as regular clean up of the beaches and lagoon area, along with raising awareness. Our current project is focusing on rehabilitating the west reef of Vilimale’ by planting coral tips on already dead hard corals and through regular monitoring of the reef by measuring growth rates and by doing Fish Counts and Water Tests.
Save the Beach is looking for interested individuals or companies to perform an Environmental Impact Assessment for the reef rehabilitation and monitoring programme in Villimale’ that is planned to start with the assistance of United Nations Development Program, the Global Environmental Facility Small Grants Programme and community partners.
Interested parties are advised to submit a quotations, company profile and timelines, addressed to Fathimath Thanzeela, Projects Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
